Event Description
Optimal infrastructure maintenance decisions can only be achieved if we can turn the massive volumes of data from multiple sources into useful information and actionable knowledge. The sheer size of the data in the infrastructure domain, in addition to its scatteredness (across multiple sources) and heterogeneity (in both format and semantics) complicates the process of data fusion and analysis. This seminar will discuss novel methods for bridge data fusion and analytics for supporting bridge maintenance decision making.
