Event Description

Arthur Hummel, former American ambassador to Burma, Ethiopia, Pakistan, and the People's Republic of China, will be sharing his personal reflections on his thirty-five year career as an American diplomat. At the time of his retirement in 1985, he was the State Department's highest ranking Foreign Service Officer.
